That's what we said!
And that's when we realised, there are many women suffering the same kind of brain fog that we experienced.
What the FOG? stands for: Fear, Overwhelm, and Grief (FOG).

We're sisters: one's an introvert, one's an extrovert yet we both felt crippled by fear, overwhelm and grief.
Plus we had menopause and menopause brain fog!
We are quite different, yet we had similar issues to overcome.
We settled on these three blocks: Fear, Overwhelm, and Grief.
When you're stuck in fear, overwhelm, and grief, it's hard to have any clarity.
Your confidence takes a dip and you just don't feel like you have any bounce back left.

F is for Fear
We won’t lie to you and say it’s easy—real, meaningful change never is. But at this one-day retreat, we'll face the fears, follow them to their origins and then free ourselves from their shackles!
Here are three steps women can take to overcome fear:
1. Face – Confront the fears that are holding you back. What are you afraid of? Acknowledge your fears head-on, instead of avoiding them.
2. Follow – Trace these fears to their origins. Where did they come from? Understanding their roots can help you see them more clearly and rationally.
3. Free – Release yourself from the shackles of fear. By understanding and confronting them, you can let go of what’s been holding you back and move forward with confidence.

O is for Overwhelm
At our retreat, we will help you handle overwhelm.
1. Observe – Recognise the signs of overwhelm. Are you constantly feeling anxious, drained, or on edge? Acknowledge these feelings as signals that you’re reaching your limit.
2. Organise – Prioritise and declutter your tasks. Break down what needs immediate attention and what can be delegated or postponed. Simplifying your workload can significantly reduce stress.
3. Overcome – Develop coping strategies, like setting boundaries, practicing mindfulness, or seeking support. By actively managing your stress, you can regain control and move forward with clarity and confidence.
