3. Do I need prior experience with Laughter Yoga?
No prior experience is necessary. This course is designed for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. It provides all the tools and guidance you need to start coaching others with confidence.

5. Is this a certification course?
Yes! Upon completing the 8-week programme and submitting your completed homework (playtime) , you’ll become a certified Laughter Yogi. This certification allows you to laugh with your friends and family and if you would like to up-skill in order to lead sessions and groups, sign up with Tové to become a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader. You might even become a Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher one day. Who knows what lies ahead?
6. How much time will I need each week?
We recommend dedicating 15-20 minutes daily to Laughter Yoga practice, plus one hour for the weekly video session. Homework (playtime) and personal reflection may take an additional 30-60 minutes weekly. The more you do, the more you'll be able to do, and the more joy you will cultivate despite your current circumstances.
7. What if I feel awkward laughing for no reason?
That’s completely normal! Tové and the course materials will help you break through shyness and inhibitions. Laughter Yoga is about willingness, not performance, and the more you practise, the more natural it will feel.
