I'm a Laughter Yoga Master trainer, author, speaker and coach. I help women 40+ tap into joy, create more laughter at work, and become happier without chasing it. 




I want to be your coach because I know what it's like to lose laughter, to lose people I care about, to have a a body that struggles, to have a mind that maybe struggles more.
