"Tové thank you so much, I know I gave you a hard job coming on after an emotional talk, but there was no better woman for it and you are just phenomenal at what you do! Everyone I got speaking to afterwards said how amazing it was to meet you."

Workplace Wellbeing
is a Global Issue

Mental health problems are costly.
Just HOW costly will shock you!
Mental health problems cost the UK economy at least £117.9 billion annually according to a new report published by Mental Health Foundation and the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
The cost of mental health problems is equivalent to around 5 per cent of the UK’s GDP.
Across the UK there were 10.3 million recorded instances of mental ill health over a one-year period.
The third most common cause of disability was depression.

Workplace pressure strips us of our sense of humour.
We lose our creativity.
We lose our health and vitality.
It becomes harder to make decisions.
It's difficult to cope when we are under sustained pressure. Our energy gets depleted. Ultimately, the stress builds up and we have to take sick leave.
Absenteeism costs businesses
in the UK & Ireland billions!
