Laughter is one of the greatest gifts life has to offer, and I'm committed to sharing it with as many people as possible.

 

That’s why I founded the Laughter Yoga Club in Roscommon, where people of all ages can come together and experience the joy of laughter.

 

Our club is open to children, seniors, and everyone in between. I believe that laughter is the best medicine for the mind, body, and soul, and  I am  dedicated to making sure that you get all the health benefits that come with Laughter Yoga.

The session will be led by Certified Laughter Yoga Master Trainer, and Laughter Yoga Ambassador, Tové Kane. Tové brings a wealth of experience and expertise to create a joyful and uplifting laughter yoga experience.

6 / How will the session be conducted?

Participants can expect a combination of laughter exercises, clapping, chanting, and gentle yoga-inspired movements. The session aims to promote laughter without relying on humour. Tové often integrates storytelling and improvisation with a playful vibe, adjusting the each session to fit the unique needs of the people present.

7 / Do I need any previous experience in yoga or laughter exercises?

No prior experience in yoga or laughter exercises is required. The session is designed for people of all fitness levels and backgrounds.

8 / Is there a fee for attending the Laugh It Off Club?

Yes, a small donation of €10 euros is requested for this session. Your contribution helps support the continuation of the Monday is FUN Day Laughter Yoga Club.

9 / Can I bring a friend or family member to the session?

Absolutely! Laughter Yoga is more enjoyable when shared with others, so feel free to bring friends or family members along

10 / What are the benefits of Laughter Yoga?

12 / Can I join the session if I arrive a bit late?

While it's best to arrive on time, latecomers are generally welcome. Please enter the session quietly to minimise disruption.

Yes, talk to Tové about that. It's great to attend regularly to enjoy more health benefits and connecting with others.
