Stress-relief in Roscommon
I'm passionate about wellness through Laughter Yoga. It's an embodied experience that has psychological, physical, and emotional benefits.
With stress levels at a crisis level in Ireland, it's never been more important to take care of yourself.
Often, attention is given to the bigger centres like Dublin, Cork, and Galway, but right here in Roscommon, I offer a chance to destress and unwind.
Come check out one of my Laughter Yoga sessions.
